Why Competition Supplies?
A light weight (<4kg) reduction geared competition starter motor replaces original inertia type starters on Ford Xflow, Lotus Twin Cam and BD series engines. We offer 2 versions to suit replace 9 tooth and 10 tooth pinion starters. Built using brand new 1.4kw starter platforms and billet aluminium mounting noses the motor output combined with the reduction gearing ensures consistent and reliable starting of high compression and large capacity engines whilst offering a useful weight saving over the O.E. starter.
