The SCHROTH Profi II asm range of FIA approved, lightweight, harnesses are designed for saloon and GT car applications with 3"/76mm shoulder straps & 2"/51mm lap straps. Incorporating SCHROTH's asm (anti-submarining) system where specially designed load limiting stitching lengthens the right hand shoulder strap by a controlled amount in the event of a heavy impact allowing the torso to twist slightly reducing the likelihood of submaring. They feature a rotary release buckle & the shoulder straps are fitted with lightweight alloy adjusters as standard. The shoulder straps are designed to allow fitment by either utilising the attached snap hooks or by removing the snap hooks the straps can be wrapped aroung the roll cage (full information is given in the fitting instructions).

The Flexi Belt System:
With convential harnesses the lap straps must be specified with either "pull up" or "pull down" adjusters which can often be sub optimal with regards to interference with seat or transmission tunnel etc. The SCHROTH Flexi Belt System offers a solution by allowing the user to configure the lap belts to best suit their own application with regards to the direction of pull for the adjuster (up, down or even one of each) & to a certain degree the distance of the adjuster from the end of the strap.
The Flexi Belt System is only available for harnesses with 2" / 51mm lap straps.
The Profi II-6 Harness is also available as a HANS / FHR specific fitment where the upper section of the shoulder belt is made from 2" / 51mm webbing which can help with location on the HANS device or FHR.
