Warehouse Operative Motorsport Parts – Silverstone Circuit
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to work in our warehouse, the role is varied and daily duties will include but are not limited to goods-in processing, picking, packing, despatch processing, warehouse organisation and re-packaging of products for re-sale. The successful candidate will be conscientious, accurate and have good attention to detail. Although advantageous, experience in a similar role is not essential as full training will be given.
Preferred Work Pattern: Permanent, full-time Monday to Friday - 40hrs.
Flexible work patterns also available i.e. Temporary (12 Weeks) / Part time / Flexible hours.
Work Location: In person at Silverstone Circuit, (role not suited to home or hybrid working).

We Offer:
Starting £12.50-£14.00 an hour with rapid progression available for high performing individuals.
Overtime: Paid at x 1.5 after 40 hrs worked.
Holiday: 22 days plus bank holidays incrementing to 25 days.

Motorsport Parts Advisor – Junior & Senior Roles Available
Our successful and well-established business is looking for people to join our small but busy team at Silverstone supplying competition components to teams, preparers and competitors. Our philosophy is sales through service and the roles are varied and to some extent can be tailored towards the individual’s skills, interests and aptitudes. Daily duties will include dealing with incoming parts enquires and orders via telephone, online platforms and in person. You will be able to accurately identify parts that meet the customer’s requirements and make recommendations to help the customer achieve elegant and effective installations.
Additional tasks could include producing website content, product configuration/assembly and assisting with all other functions of running a busy small business.

Both Roles:
Work Pattern: Monday to Friday - 40hrs, plus one in four Saturdays (09.00am -1:00pm) by agreement & paid as overtime.
Work Location: In person at Silverstone Circuit, the role is not suited to home or hybrid working patterns.
Holiday: 22 days plus bank holidays incrementing to 25 days.

Senior Parts Advisor - We Offer:
£28k-£38k plus bonus, depending on experience.

Essential requirements:
Understanding of vehicle mechanics and automotive parts
Excellent attention to detail
Excellent communication skills, effective in building and maintaining customer relationships.
Digital literacy and ability to fulfil administrative duties.
Ability to work within a team
Ability to multitask and work within fast paced environments
Drive and enthusiasm with a commitment to learn, develop and progress

Useful Experience:
Experience in automotive mechanics either through work or hobby, or experience working in an auto parts environment.
Knowledge of competition vehicles (motorsport parts).
Experience with using online and windows based cataloguing systems.

Junior Parts Advisor - We Offer:
£22k-£28k plus bonus, depending on experience.

Essential requirements:
Some basic understanding of vehicle mechanics and automotive parts
Attention to detail
Effective communicator.
Digitally literate.
Ability to work within a team
Happy to work within a fast-paced environment
Drive and enthusiasm with a commitment to learn, develop and progress

Desirable requirements:
Experience in automotive mechanics either through work, work experience or hobby, or experience working in a counter sales environment.
Interest in competition vehicles (motorsport parts).
