These tailor made ignition lead sets are for use on Small Block Ford 289-302 applications with HEI style distributor caps sucjh as those found on MSD distributors and have 90 degree fittings at the distributor end and straight spark plug boots.
Manufactured without compromise the MSD 8.5mm Super Conductor ignition leads feature an ultra low resistance conductor for the best available performance.
- Copper alloy conductor has a resistance value of less than 50 ohms per foot for superior spark
- Ferro-magnetic impregnated core creates an effective EMI choke
- Forty feet of conductor is wound into a single foot of wire for high EMI suppression
- Conductor core features Dupont Kevlar material for increased tensile strength
- Durable outer sleeve is a proprietary compound for resistance to high heat or abrasion
90 Degree HEI Style Distributor Boots
These wire sets have 90 degree terminals on the distributor terminals and are for engines using the later type (HEI “spark plug top”) distributor caps.
