Competition Supplies have put together a clutch flywheel package to meet FIA Appendix K regulations for cars running Ford V8 engines. The package comes with a 157T competition flywheel to suit the O.E diameter ACT clutch.

A range of High Performance and Competition clutches suitable for Ford Mustangs, Falcons, Galaxies, AC Cobras & Sunbeam Tigers and many other classic applications Fords equipped with the 260ci, 289ci and 302ci engines.
These new clutch kits for the Ford Classics include a Heavy Duty pressure plate, a choice of driven plate and a release bearing. This package is designed to replace the Ford “Long Style” 10 inch clutch. The pressure plate incorporates hardened diaphragm fingers for decreased wear and provides close to a 30% increase in clamp force over the stock unit.
These kits are legal for FIA Appendix K cars and meet SFI Spec 1.1 safety standards with increased torque capacity of 430 ft-lb at the crankshaft.
As standard these clutches are supplied with the correct 1 1/16” x 10 spline from the Ford Top Loader transmission, we also offer these units with 1 1/8” x 10 and 1 5/32” x 26 spline driven plates for vehicles using T10 transmissions.
