The DZUS / Quarter Turn fastener dimple die set eases the installation of these fasteners by quickly producing the required countersink for the fastener body. Designed for most ''-5'' series fasteners most commonly found on race car applications which have 0.625'' (5/8'') bulge on the bottom of the retainer & 1.06'' mounting hole centres.
The tool leaves an indentation of 0.75'' diameter x 0.20'' depth
Machined from heavy duty 4130 material this die set is designed to withstand production shop environments.
