Why Competition Supplies?
Two part expanding polyurethame foam set that has traditionally been used for making seat inserts. Mix the two parts together and pour into a heavy duty bin liner before sitting on it to make a lightweight custom seat insert. The mixture will expand up to approximately 25 times its original volume, reaching its maximum rise in about 150 seconds so providing a seat or insert of approx. 50L volume.
The "One shot" nature and quick cure time of this kit offers limited oppurtunity for alteration of the seating position during the moulding process.
Supplied as a 2 ltr two part kit comprising a 1 ltr tin each of Part A and Part B.
