Oil/fuel pressure capillary hoses assembled using -3 stainless braided smooth bore PTFE hose with a PVC coating. Assembled using lightweight stainless steel crimped fittings, these hoses are more durable and rated for considerably higher pressures than the standard nylon capillaries.
A wide range of popular end fitments are available but If you require either a length or hose end combination not listed then please contact us, we are happy to assemble these to your specification. 1/8 BSP flat seat fittings are supplied complete with a fibre sealing washer.
Motorsport UK rules require all non-metallic fluid lines inside the driver compartment to be externally metal braided hydraulic pressure hose making these the perfect solution.
The hose length listed is the cut length of the hose; the total length of the assembly will therefore be longer by the combined effective length of the fittings.
NPT Hose Ends: neither the male or female NPT hose ends swivel so in order to connect them to the mating component it is necessary to be able to either turn the complete hose assembly or the mating component. This can be particularly awkward if fixed fittings are used on both ends of the hose. To avoid this consider substituting an NPT fixed male for an AN-3 swiveling female hose end and the 1 /8 NPT to AN3 male/male adapter detailed below.
