Hi Torque starter for BMW BMW M10, M30, M40 & S14, S38 engined applications we offer tywo versions, th standard unit is based on the 1.4KW OSGR Denso platform and the Slimline is based on the Hitachi PMGR 1.4kw platform. The slimline is an easier fit in some applications in particular on certain F2 and sports prototype installations where chassis clearance can be an issue.
Each unit is a direct replacement for the original starter motor and weighs less than the original with 2 - 3 times the power output.
