Tilton replacement spring and basket assembly is ideal for customers who need to replace their clutch cover and are not able to send the clutch basket back to have a new spring fitted.
The best way to work out which clutch basket you require is to measure the thichness of your clutch drive plates. If your drive plates are around 0.104" (2.64mm) thick when new then you require the sintered clutch option. If your drive plates are 0.236" (5.99mm) thick when new then you require the cerametallic option.
When working out the spring option you can look at your existing clutch and see if there are some laser etched letters on one of the spring fingers.
