Ideal for installations where fast changes in G-forces can allow air to be picked up by the main fuel pump. These billet aluminium fuel surge tanks maintain a reserve of fuel allowing them to provide a continuous high flow, high pressure supply whilst only requiring a low pressure supply from the main tank. Available in two heights and with either single of dual 340 LPH pumps.
Particularly suitable for vehicle racing such as circuit, drift, and off-road use. Fuel Surge Tank Systems maintain a small amount of fuel to operate its own internal fuel pump(s) that can supply high fuel flow rates, while only needing low fuel pressure from the main fuel tank pump.
A mounting kit is available for each tank size, which comprises a floor mounting bracket, pro hose assembly and 90 degree high flow outlet fitting. There is also a Billet filter bracket available if you chose a fuel lab filter for your application.
In Tank Plate Mount
The top plate and pump system from the surge tank kits can be supplied separately for mounting directly in the fuel tank via its 10 bolt (4” P.C.D.) mounting pattern. Adjustable for tanks between xx—xxmm depth it is available with either single or dual 340 LPH pumps.
