Delivery Policy
We will make every effort to get your order to you as soon as possible within the limitations of the shipping service used. However, we will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by the customer due to any delay, howsoever caused, arising from late or non-delivery of the goods.
Orders sent by a courier service or Royal Mail signed for post will require a signature upon delivery.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Items sent by courier to UK addresses will normally arrive the next working day for mainland addresses with Northern Ireland & some Scottish Highland destinations taking an extra day.
Orders sent to UK addresses by Royal Mail 1st class post or 1st class signed for service will normally arrive in 1-3 working days.
We are also able to offer the Royal Mail Special Delivery Service for orders less than 2kg in weight. This service guarantees to deliver by 1pm on the following working day with options for a pre-9 am or Saturday morning deliveries at additional cost.

My order hasn’t arrived yet, what should I do?
Orders sent by Royal Mail regular or signed for service have an expected delivery time of 1-3 working days but the Royal Mail will not consider a parcel delayed or missing until 10 working days have elapsed.
Courier services will generally deliver until 6pm and no further information will be available until the next working day.
Shortages & Damage - Please advise us of any problems with shortages or carrier damage within 3 working days of receiving the order as beyond this time, we may not be able to enter a claim with the couriers.

Returns Policy
Goods that prove unsuitable for your application or that are no longer required may be returned for exchange or refund within 14 days of receipt subject to the following conditions:

  • The customer covers the cost of the return carriage. We strongly recommend the use of a service that requires a signature upon delivery for higher value goods.  We are unable to accept responsibility for returns that get lost in the post.
     
  • Items are returned in a complete & resalable condition with the original undamaged packaging.
     
  • The item was not a special order or custom made item.

All returns should include a covering note containing your name, contact details, reason for return & if possible the invoice number under which they were supplied.
